All treatments, wellness and spa programs offered by Elisabeth Spa have one of three methods of availability from a medical point of view:
FREELY SOLD – these treatments and programs can be purchased and used without any restrictionss.
[*] TREATMENTS WITH PATIENT’S CONSENT (SOLEMN DECLARATION) - these treatments and programs can only be completed after the prior personal signature of the informed consent, by which the patient declares that he does not suffer from any of the listed diseases. It is necessary to request a medical recommendation to undergo the treatment in case of doubts and uncertainties.
[+]TREATMENTS ON MEDICAL PRESCRIPTION ONLY - these treatments and programs can be purchased and used only on the basis of a doctor's recommendation. If the client does not have a recommendation from his treating doctor, he can use an examination at our spa doctor.
DISCOUNT 20 % ON PROCEDURES (excluding the pool and doctor's services) is provided according to the contract between Elizabeth Spa and the relevant health insurance companies for: • VZP clients with membership in the Health Club • OZP clients • VOH clients • ZP MV clients
We provide a 5% discount if purchasing treatments for more than 5,000 CZK per person. It cannot be applied to clients of contractual partners. Discounts cannot be combined.
Please arrive for the treatment at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time.
The treatment is forfeited without compensation 5 minutes after the set time. The cancellation fee is 10%, on the day of the treatment 100%, if the doctor does not recommend cancellation. Money is not returned for the already started treatment.
