Does the heat of a traditional sauna feel too intense for you? Try an infrared sauna – a modern treatment that uses infrared radiation to warm the body directly, creating a pleasant feeling of warmth at a significantly lower temperature than a traditional sauna. While temperatures in a Finnish sauna can reach up to 90 °C, an infrared sauna operates at around 45–60 °C, making the experience more comfortable for many people. The gentle warmth promotes blood circulation, helps relax stiff muscles and contributes to overall relaxation. Regular use of an infrared sauna may help reduce feelings of fatigue, support recovery after physical activity and promote mental well-being. In short, it is a wonderful way to relax while offering a range of positive effects for your health.

The Infra Red Sauna is suitable for:
- to detoxify the body and strengthen immunity
- for the circulation of muscles, joints and spine in chronic degenerative diseases
- to reduce weight and reduce the appearance of cellulite
This treatment is not suitable for seriously and acutely ill persons, for women with silicone breast implants and for people with artificial joint replacements.
How the Infra Red Sauna works
We will give you a towel to start with. During the procedure itself, you can wear cotton underwear or take off your clothes completely. You sit on a sheet and remain in the infrared sauna cabin the entire time. You can enrich your stay by reading or listening to music, or you can take someone with you for a chat (the infrared sauna is for 2 people). It is important to drink continuously, ideally clean water. After the treatment, you take a shower.
Duration of the treatment: 40 + 20 minutes.
The infrared sauna is an over-the-counter treatment.
