Despite the short duration of this program, you can forget the hustle and bustle of everyday life for a while, relax in a bathtub full of warm spring water, enriched with a pleasant herbal extract, enjoy the touch of the masseur's hands and relax for 45 minutes in the fairy-tale atmosphere of the salt cave.
How the one-day spa program "Relax" works
After payment, the client will pick up a schedule of procedures at the reception, which will indicate the time and place of the procedure.
After being taken into the cabin, you take off your clothes and enter the bath. The procedure itself takes 20 minutes, after which the spa worker will help you out of the bath and hand you a sheet. Then you can take a short break in a dry wrap on the bed. If a child takes the bath, they must always be accompanied by an adult. An escort is also required for immobile clients.
For an aroma massage, after being taken to the changing room, you will be given a sheet, showered and laid on a massage table. The aroma massage itself is performed using special oils, accompanied by pleasant relaxing music. If the massage is partial, the back and neck are massaged while lying on your stomach, if it is total, it affects the whole body except the chest and stomach. After the massage, the masseur will gently wipe off the remaining oil so as not to stain your clothes.
You will receive shoe covers upon arrival. We will take you to the salt cave, where you will comfortably sit in a reclining chair. You cover yourself with a blanket, turn off your mobile phone and relax for 45 minutes to the sound of relaxing music and the play of lights. All the time you breathe air full of minerals from salt crystals and let the beneficial effect of the special microclimate affect you. If the salt cave mode is adapted for children, they are always accompanied by an adult and can play and move freely.
