With regard to the provisions of Act No. 372/2011 Coll., on health services and the conditions for their provision, as well as with regard to Decree No. 238/2011 Coll., which establishes hygienic requirements for swimming pools, saunas and hygienic limits of sand in outdoor sandpits playing areas, the company Alžbětiny Lázně, a.s. publishes these visitor rules.
At the same time, the visitor rules are considered conditions for the provision of services by the operator and must be observed by all visitors and employees of the pool.
In case of violation of this rule, this person will be expelled from the pool complex without refund of the entrance fee.
I. Visiting rules of the swimming pool
The pool operator organizes access to the pool in accordance with the published plan, if the current condition meets the safety requirements of the operation.
The opening hours of the pool complex and the price list of services can be viewed at the pool cash desk and on the website www.spa5.cz.
- Entry to the pool complex is only possible with a purchased valid ticket. By purchasing a ticket or subscription, the visitor expresses his consent to the visiting rules and undertakes to comply with them. Access to the pool is permitted for persons under 12 years of age only when accompanied by an adult.
- The responsible employee of the operator has the right to terminate or interrupt the operation in the event of sudden malfunctions that could cause a threat to the health conditions of the public and staff.
- Sick persons who are affected by any disease threatening the health of other visitors (e.g. flu, virus, COVID 19, hair and skin or other communicable diseases, etc.) cannot enter the pool area. People suffering from parasites, inflammation or intestinal and other problems, etc., are prohibited from entering the pool complex. Furthermore, people with open skin wounds, with bandages on their body, using diapers, an artificial intestinal outlet or a tube. Strict ban on the entry of people under the influence of various addictive substances.
- Upon entry, it is required that the visitor's clothing is not soiled or in such a condition that it could cause contamination of the storage lockers.
- The visitor is obliged to take off his shoes in the designated area and move around barefoot or in suitable slippers.
- Visitors are obliged to use lockers, undress, put away their belongings and get dressed only in the locker rooms. Visitors are not authorized to bring into the operator's premises or put away any items whose value exceeds normal needs and the nature of the operation. The operator is not responsible for things that are left outside the locked cabinet.
- Small lockers are reserved for all valuables or other things, except for clothes, which are located at the reception of the pool. If the visitor discovers that anything has been stolen from him, he shall immediately report the fact to the staff at the reception of the swimming pool and state all the facts, including the contact and other necessary information, in accordance with the provisions of § 2945, paragraph 2 of the Civil Code, such notification must be made no later than 15 days after the day when the visitor must have learned about the damage. The operator is not responsible for valuables placed outside of these designated lockers, or for items whose value does not correspond to normal needs and the nature of the operation.
- After putting away the clothes and all personal belongings and locking them in the locker, the visitor is obliged to wash the whole body with a cosmetic detergent and take a shower. Entry to the pool complex is not permitted without washing and showering the whole body. Visitors are required to use a clean swimsuit, made as a color-fast item of clothing intended for use in water that is not damaged by the composition of the water in the pool. The service staff can expel a visitor whose bathing suit is unhygienic. This includes, for example, any clothing that is not intended for swimming by the manufacturer, such as underwear, shorts, burkinis, swimming hijabs, full-body suits or others.
- Each visitor is responsible for their own health and for the consequences of not following the principles stated in these regulations.
- Before entering the sauna and steam room, every visitor is obliged to familiarize themselves with the rules of conduct and principles, which are listed separately, but from a legal point of view are an integral part of these rules for visiting the pool.
- Non-swimmers are responsible for being accompanied by a sufficient number of persons who are prepared to provide them with assistance appropriate to their body proportions and motor abilities. Unaccompanied non-swimmers are prohibited from entering the pool.
- Children can be bathed from the age of 6 months. The escort is responsible for the safety of the children. The escort is obliged to ensure that the children use special diapers designed for swimming with a tight elastic band around the legs when bathing
. - The following are prohibited in the pool area:
- act against the principles of decent, safe and hygienic behavior
- eating, smoking and chewing, drinking is possible only from unbreakable plastic containers
- to enter premises designated for persons of the opposite sex and where entry is prohibited
- jump into the pool
- throw various objects (balls, etc.)
- bring in glass objects
- the use of special diving equipment and equipment that could endanger other visitors or give the impression of danger to other visitors, the assessment of these facts is up to the pool staff
- use inflatable floating objects, except inflatable sleeves for children
- enter the pool without a swimsuit
- pollute the pool area in any way, throw away garbage
- use body creams
- shave in the premises of the entire pool complex
- use sharp objects
- bring any combustibles, explosives, poisonous substances and others into the premises
- entering premises under the influence of alcohol, drugs and other intoxicating substances
- violate these visiting regulations and the instructions of the pool staff.
- It is possible to take only detergents and drinks in plastic packaging, your own towel (or terry bathrobe), slippers into the pool area. Other personal items must be left in the locker room.
- The entrance to the pool is also adapted for people requiring barrier-free access. Special rules apply to disabled persons. Upon first entry, such a visitor will be informed by the operator's staff and instructed about movement and the possibilities of using the facility.
- Pool visitors are prohibited from tampering with any equipment and controls. Violations may be grounds for exclusion from the pool area. If the cabinet lock is lost or destroyed, the client is obliged to pay CZK 300 as compensation for the destroyed lock. Visitors are obliged to pay for damages or losses caused by their fault to the equipment of the pool complex or the property of other visitors, in full.
- In case of any accident, the visitor is obliged to inform the operator immediately. The infirmary room is visibly marked. After the treatment, the lifeguard records the treatment in the accident and minor injuries book.
- Visitors are obliged to obey the operator's instructions without reservation, which relate to the operation of the equipment, safety and compliance with hygiene rules. In case of disobedience, the attendant has the right to expel the visitor from the pool complex.
- Visitors are required to move carefully on the wet, smooth surfaces of the pool complex and avoid slipping and causing injury to themselves or other visitors. The operator is not responsible for injuries, accidents and damages caused by visitors due to their own negligence and non-compliance with these visitor rules.
- The operator has the right to refuse to provide the service if the conditions specified in the visiting regulations are not met.
II. Visitor rules of the public sauna
The sauna is limited by the operating hours, which can be viewed at the pool reception and on the website www.spa5.cz.
- Only healthy persons have access to the sauna.
- Sauna use is prohibited for persons suffering from any disease that may affect their health or any disease that may affect the health of other visitors (e.g. upper respiratory tract disease). These are mostly people suffering from febrile illness, eye inflammation, infectious diseases, provided with bandages, and also people suffering from parasites. Carriers of intestinal bacilli and other infectious diseases are also excluded from participation. Persons with disorders of the circulatory system should consult their doctor about sauna use. Each visitor is responsible for his or her health and the health of accompanying minors.
- Special rules apply to children's saunas. Before visiting the sauna for the first time, it is necessary to inform the pediatrician and ask for advice regarding the stay in the sauna.
- Persons under the influence of alcohol or other narcotic or addictive substances are also excluded from the visit.
- Access to the sauna is only during the sauna's operating hours.
- Before entering the sauna, the visitor is obliged to take off his swimsuit, wash himself properly with soap and take a shower. During the sauna, the visitor is naked and barefoot. To the sauna, everyone takes their own towel or towel to sit on.
- The stay in the sauna should be no more than about 15 minutes. Subsequent cooling of the body is carried out under the shower or in a cooling pool. Before entering the cooling pool, the visitor takes a shower. The entire heating and cooling cycle is usually performed 3 times. Repetition must be set according to individual feelings and the current state of health of the visitor.
- After finishing the process, rest is necessary in the rest room, which is shared by men and women, including visitors to the steam room.
- Visitors are obliged to maintain cleanliness, order, basic hygiene habits in the sauna and the instructions of the staff.
- It is forbidden to bring other objects into the sauna (e.g. swimming caps, shoes, plastic products, etc.)
- It is strictly forbidden to pour water over sauna heaters and use aromatic ingredients in the sauna (possible allergies of other visitors).
- Visitors are obliged to maintain peace in the sauna premises and not to disturb other visitors with their actions.
- In the event of an accident or nausea in the sauna premises, it is necessary to call the operator immediately (e.g. by pressing the emergency button on the wall at the entrance to the sauna), and he will provide first aid. Misuse of this button can be a criminal offence.
- Visitors may not change the set parameters or influence the sauna controllers in any way.
- Visitors to the sauna are obliged to obey the instructions of the operator, which relate to the operation of the equipment, safety and compliance with hygiene rules. In case of disobedience, the attendant has the right to expel the visitor from the sauna.
III. Visiting rules of the steam cabin
The steam sauna is limited by operating hours, which can be viewed at the pool's cash desk and on the website www.spa5.cz.
- Only healthy people have access to the steam bath.
- Visiting the steam cabin is prohibited for persons suffering from any disease that may affect their health or any disease that may affect the health of other visitors (e.g. upper respiratory tract disease). These are mostly people suffering from febrile illness, eye inflammation, infectious diseases, provided with bandages, and also people suffering from parasites. Carriers of intestinal bacilli and other infectious diseases are also excluded from participation. Persons with disorders of the circulatory system should consult their doctor about visiting a steam cabin.
- The use of the steam cabin and sauna must be adapted to your physical and health condition. Each visitor is responsible for his or her health and the health of accompanying minors.
- Entry to the steam cabin is permitted under the age of 15 only when accompanied by an adult.
- Special rules apply to children's saunas. Before visiting the sauna for the first time, it is necessary to inform the pediatrician and ask for advice regarding the stay in the sauna.
- Persons under the influence of alcohol or other narcotic or addictive substances are also excluded from the visit.
- Before entering the steam bath, the visitor is obliged to take off his swimsuit, wash himself properly with soap and take a shower. During the spa, the visitor is naked and barefoot. Everyone takes their own towel or washcloth to sit on in the steam bath.
- Approx. 20 min is recommended. a stay in a steam bath. Subsequent cooling is carried out in the rest room. The process must be set according to individual feelings and the current state of health of the visitor.
- After finishing the process, it is necessary to rest in the rest room, which is shared by men and women, including sauna visitors.
- Visitors are obliged to maintain cleanliness, order, basic hygiene habits in the steam bath and the instructions of the staff.
- It is forbidden to bring other objects into the steam cabin (e.g. swimming caps, shoes, plastic products, etc.)
- It is forbidden to use aromatic ingredients in the steam bath (possible allergies of other visitors).
- Visitors are obliged to keep calm in the steam cabin and not disturb other visitors with their actions.
- In the event of an accident or nausea in the steam cabin, it is necessary to immediately call the operator and he will provide first aid.
- Visitors may not change the set parameters or influence the steam cabin regulators in any way.
- Visitors to the steam cabin are obliged to obey the instructions of the operator without reservation, which relate to the operation of the equipment, safety and compliance with hygiene rules. In case of disobedience, the attendant has the right to expel the visitor from the steam cabin.
