How sports massage works
After agreement with the client, specific parts of the body will be massaged preferably, e.g. the lower limbs during a partial sports massage or preferably certain sections during a total sports massage, also according to the masseur's judgment after prior palpation of the massaged tissues and areas.
Duration of the procedure: Partial massage 20 minutes, total massage 45-50 minutes.
Partial sports massage is an over-the-counter procedure.
A total sports massage is a therapeutic procedure sold with informed consent.
