Rules for use of the microclimate salt cave
- Please arrive about 10-15 minutes before the start of treatment.
- You may leave your outerwear and personal belongings in the lockers located in the basement.
A key for the lockers is available from the salt cave staff.
Please remember to lock your locker and keep the key with you.
Although the area is monitored, we recommend keeping valuable items with you. - The temperature inside the salt cave is around 18–20 °C. We therefore recommend wearing comfortable clothing with long sleeves and sufficient thermal protection. A blanket is available, which you may place under yourself or use to cover up.
- At the entrance, you will receive disposable shoe covers, which must be worn before entering the cave.
- It is advisable to use the restroom before your session.
- Children under 15 years of age must always be accompanied by an adult and may enter only at pre-scheduled times.
- Entry is prohibited for persons suffering from acute infectious diseases, especially those with fever, runny nose, or cough; for persons with active tuberculosis; and for those under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- During the salt cave session, it is strictly forbidden to consume food or drinks, take photographs or video recordings, touch the walls or floor, or remove salt or crystals from the cave. Mobile phones must be switched off. Please avoid using perfumes or other strong fragrances – such as deodorants or colognes – before entering the cave.
- Persons suffering from claustrophobia, cancer, or hyperthyroidism are advised to consult a doctor before attending the session.
- During the session, take a comfortable position on the adjustable recliner. Using the locks under the armrests and shifting your body weight by pressing your feet, you can recline to a horizontal position and secure it with the locks. After several minutes, the lighting will dim and relaxing music will begin to play. The total duration of the session is 45 minutes.
- Please be mindful not to disturb other clients by chatting or using mobile phones. If you feel unwell please leave the salt cave.
- Children under 15 years accompanied by adults do not need to observe these rules and are permitted to move around and play with plastic toys. They shouldn’t remove salt or crystals from the salt cave.
- When the treatment is finished, the lights will turn back on, the music will stop and the door will open.
- Unblock the lever to slide the deck chair back, get up carefully and leave the salt cave quietly, being mindful of other guests.
- Please dispose of used shoe covers in the designated bins, retrieve your belongings from the locker, and leave the keys in the lock.
