1Is the pool open to the public?
Yes, our pool complex is mainly for the public, but is rented out to organizations during certain hours. You can find the exact schedule of free hours when you can visit the pool here.
2Is there mineral water in the pool?
No, our pool complex has fresh chlorinated water.
3Does the pool have to be reserved?
They don't have to, with the exception of exercise in the pool, which takes place at certain times and has a limited capacity.
4Do I need my own towel for the pool?
Yes, your own towel is one of the items you must take with you to the pool complex.

5Jsou procedury součástí bazénového komplexu?
Nejsou, bazénový komplex a procedury se nachází v jiných částech budovy a není tak možné mezi nimi volně přecházet.
6Lze bazénový komplex za účelem procedury opustit a opětovně se do něj vrátit?
Ikdyž v průběhu vstupu opustíte bazénový komplex, Váš čas stále běží. Je to tedy technicky možné, ale nedoporučujeme to, protože se tak připravujete o zakoupený čas.

1Who is the care intended for?
You can come to our spa either as CLIENT OF THE HEALTH INSURANCE COMPANY (with which we have a contract) on the prescription of your attending physician, or as SELF-PAYING.
2I have a referral from a doctor for rehabilitation - how can I arrange treatment through the insurance company?
We provide rehabilitation treatment that can be recommended by your general practitioner or specialist (neurologist, rheumatologist, orthopedist, surgeon) based on a valid referral, which is a FT or K voucher. You must present yourself with this referral. It is always necessary to arrange the start date in advance, you cannot arrive even with a valid proposal for a spa treatment, but without a prior order.

3What is the optimal duration of treatment?
When it comes to serious health problems and diseases, then 3 weeks of treatment is suitable, the compromise is 2 weeks. If you come for a week, you can think of this stay as a preventative-regenerative one, which can of course also be beneficial for your health. In many cases, after the first short stay, clients decide to plan a longer treatment period next time.
4What is informed consent?
It is the client's written consent with information specifying in which cases the given procedure is unsuitable from a health point of view. In the price list, the procedure for which informed consent is required is marked with an asterisk.
5What types of diseases do you treat in your spa?
The basic range of diseases are diseases of the digestive tract, liver, pancreas, bile ducts, metabolic disorders, diseases of the musculoskeletal system, but thanks to a large spectrum of procedures, we can offer procedures suitable for the treatment of e.g. skin, allergic, as well as cardiovascular diseases and many others.
6I don't have a doctor's recommendation, but I want to purchase the procedures you offer, how do I proceed?

7Which insurance companies do you have contracts with?
We provide rehabilitation and spa contribution - find out treatment to clients of the following health insurance companies that have concluded a contract with us:

8What procedures does the insurance company reimburse?
Health insurance companies reimburse indicated procedures, i.e. according to the prescription of a specialist doctor.

1Can we buy spa treatments on the spot even without a prior order?
Of course yes, but it may happen that the procedure you requested will be busy and the alternative appointment may not always suit you. If you don't have much time for the procedures, it is better to order the procedures and reserve the date in advance. You can conveniently pay for the procedures via our payment gateway.
2Will we get the same procedure times as a group?
We cannot promise you this without prior agreement and reservation.
3How far in advance do you need to book procedures?
It depends on the type of procedure, usually 1-2 weeks are enough.
4Is it possible to buy a subscription?
- You can purchase a pool subscription with a discount of up to 15 %. Validity is unlimited.
- Subscription to the salt cave - it is possible to buy 5 or 10 entrances at a discounted price.
- It is also possible to make a deposit for procedures, from which you subsequently draw at your discretion. The possibility of ordering by phone is also interesting.

ACCOMMODATION and PARKING
1Do you also provide accommodation in Alžbětina Lázně?
We do not have any accommodation of our own, but you can find a tip for accommodation with an offer on our website. hotels, boarding houses and apartments.

Unfortunately, no. We do not provide parking directly at the Alžbětina spa due to capacity.
