Therapeutic ultrasound is suitable:
- To relieve pain syndromes of the locomotor system.
- To relieve muscle tension along the spine.
- For faster healing of injuries and post-operative conditions of the flexor apparatus.
- To improve joint mobility.
The procedure is not suitable for seriously and acutely ill persons, pregnant women and persons with pacemakers.
How a therapeutic ultrasound works
Please come to the rehabilitation workplace with a prescription from a doctor. Depending on the place of application, you can put away your clothes or jewelry. Then the spa worker will apply the gel to the relevant part of your body. In the case of underwater application, you immerse your hands or feet in a tub of water. At the end of the procedure, our worker will wipe off the rest of the gel and dry your skin.
