"Dear Madam Mayor,
I would like to share an experience with you in the new year. I perceive it strongly, therefore I believe it is necessary for you to receive this information.
Karlovy Vary is an important spa town that is visited by a large part of foreign clientele. However, a significant part of their fame in our country and abroad also lies in the way the city management works and how it cares for its citizens. without which there would be no Karlovy Vary. By the fact that the "Karlovary people" live here, that they work here, they support the existence of Karlovy Vary and its importance.
With this, I wanted to thank you and everyone else who strives for the development of the city in the right way and supports its regionality. I am particularly referring to the support of the functioning and development of Alžbětiny Lázně, the only and unique city spa.
My big thanks go especially to MUDr. Maulenová and her entire team of co-workers, who attended to us professionally and with a humane approach. Despite the fact that the current time is unstable and very complicated due to the pandemic circumstances, we, who have considerable health problems of a "non-covid" nature, greatly value the work of the entire working team of Alžbětiny Lázně, because we have somewhere to go, we know that the care of these experts is for important to us and helps us alleviate or even get rid of health problems.
I don't just speak for myself, I also speak for my colleagues who also use the care of Alžbětiny Lázně every year. Many of them visit them purely for relaxation reasons, but praise their effect and meaning.
I believe that the city management is aware of the great importance of caring for its citizens and visitors to Karlovy Vary and will support the development of our city spa as much as possible.
